Originally from Santa Barbara, California, Dr. Roger earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and served his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Albany Medical Center in New York. 

    Dr. Roger is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). He is also a Qualified Medical Examiner for the California Industrial Medical Council. Dr. Roger has published dozens of articles in peer review journals and his research has been presented at educational conferences around the world.
