Having a baby is one of the most joyous events in life. The Women and Infants' Center at Desert Regional Medical Center emphasizes the health of you and your baby at every stage.  Both Low-Risk and High-Risk Pregnancies Receive a High Level of Care here.

For high-risk patients, our Maternal Fetal Medicine Center is staffed by a specialized team including two perinatologists (one who is bilingual in both Spanish and English).  These specialists work together with your personal OB/GYN.  They use technology such as ultrasound to screen and monitor women with diseases that could impact their pregnancies. Genetic screening and counseling is also available.
