OBJECTIVES
1) Use new surgical approaches for patients with earlier stage breast cancer highlighted at 2007 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium
2) Prescribe new synthetic treatment agents that may be useful in the management of disseminated breast cancer
3) Assess elevated breast cancer risk, and management risk relative to genetic, environmental, and medical influences and how they apply to varying ethnic and radical populations
