Admission and Registration
Our Admission and Registration office is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. You may pre-register for your hospital stay or outpatient procedure by calling 760-323-6716.
Prior to your hospital admission or outpatient procedure, a Patient Services Representative will call you to review the admission process, gather your insurance information and answer any questions you may have about your hospital stay.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to show your identification and insurance card. You will also be asked about your Advance Directive and asked to sign consent-for-treatment forms giving us permission to treat you.
